She performed my first son’s circumcision and 18 months later, we are still dealing with it! She did a TERRIBLE job. She also never came and talked to us about the procedure before or after it was completed. Never introduced herself or anything. Unlike other MD’s within the same practice that did with my second son’s circumcision. Horrible bedside manner and terrible surgical skills. I love the practice but she would be a reason not to go unfortunately.

I have had Dr Franklin as my OBGYN for almost 20 years. Her personality, bedside manners and time spent with me are very good. I would recommend her to anyone thT is looking for a excellent Dr.

I would say staffs are not very courteous which is very important matter for the management to look at.

She rushed through my examination, brushed over my complaint about numbness in arms, and never called to discuss a mammogram which revealed abnormal results. I am looking for another doctor.
