I have been a patient of Dr. Patel's for 15 +years and it's wonderful to have a doctor who is up to date and extremely thorough in all she does. The wait is always less than 7 or 8 minutes and she is never rushed and spends as much time with you that you need. Very caring.....and I love an astute physician that does it all....paps included!

Dr. Kirti Patel has treated me and family for many years. We have always found her to be an excellent family physician. She takes the time to understand what is ailing you. She thoroughly checks all possibilities, ordering tests as necessary to determine exactly what is wrong. She develops a treatment plan and explains it completely and clearly. You never feel rushed or that you’re just a number. Dr. Patel knows our family, and always asks about family members. She may be the perfect family doctor.

I believe that I am entitled to excellence in healthcare not based on how much I or my insurance can pay, but because I am a human being. What does excellence mean to me? It means that a medical professional who holds the power of life and death over me will do absolutely everything in their power to give me their best possible healthcare. That applies to all medical professionals as any medical mistake can lead to a very poor outcome. Having someone take my pulse who cannot detect a rapid pulse is not excellence. Having to wait eight days to have a prescription filled is not excellence. Having a nurse practitioner tell me that a medication is not available due to flu season when that medication is not used to treat the flu or its complications is not excellence. Having a nurse practitioner tell me that the physician who has practiced in the area for many years does not know any pulmonologists is not excellence. I was dropped from the practice because I complained.

Best doctor I've ever had!

I was a long time patient of this practice, until the demands for tests and visits to bill became an issue. I was dropped without notice when I would not comply with a demand call from staff to book an invasive test without any notice or explanation from Dr. or Nurse Prac. I was then forced to find a new phys at once to fill a script they refused to fill and received notice one month after seeing my new doctor that I should find a new phys. After seeing a new doctor I realized this was the best thing that could have happened to me. New office and staff are fantastic and none of the excessive demands for tests and office visits. The care I received at the practice I left was adequate but certainly not worth the demands.

Dr Patel is the most knowledgeable and thorough doctor I've ever had. She will ask questions, she will have tests run, and no matter what she will get to the bottom of your problem; she will not give up until she can tell you what is wrong and treat you.

The worst imaginable doctor. She is all about making money & doing the most procedures possible even against the patients wishes. She bullied my daughter into removing a mole that had been monitored for 15 years by dermatologists. My daughter asked her to get me from the waiting area but Patel did not do so. She proceeded to burn this spot that IF it were to be taken off should have been cut and biopsied - instead she 'burned her to the bone' (per another Dr) & it became severely infected!

Dr. Patel and her staff are incredibly friendly and courteous! She shows the utmost concern for her patients and has actually helped me instead of dismissing my concerns.

Personal attention was very impressive as well as Dr. personally returned calls on a sat. and a sun. Staff is courteous and prompt.
