I have severe psoriasis. It was covering 80% of my body. The dermatologists I had been seeing were not giving me much hope for healing. They were all recommending a very hash immune suppressing drug. I did not want to take the drug, because of it’s harsh side effects. I came to see Dr. Kalidas, at the Center for Natural and Integrative Medicine and he was the first one to actually give me hope. He listened to me and gave me a natural plan of action. After 4 weeks on this natural plan, I have seen extreme improvement in my skin. It’s truly amazing how much I have improved in such a short time, after struggling with the psoriasis for so long. I am truly grateful to center for the work they are doing. They have changed my life and given me hope again, which I didn’t have prior to coming to them. I highly recommend coming to this facility if you have an autoimmune disease, such a psoriasis.

Dr. Kalidas is a very kind, intelligent, and compassionate man. My son and I have been struggling with Lyme Disease for the last year and a half. Dr. K has been awesome. He has a personalized approach based on the individuals immune system, genetics, infections, etc. He always finds time for us, and is willing to work with us. I love how he integrates conventional and alternative medicine approaches. I had seen 19 doctors before finding Dr. K, and he is BY FAR THE BEST! He has taken my health from about 60% to 90% in 6 months. I'm very grateful to him! Wonderful, wonderful doctor. First doctor to actually give me a hug at the end of a consultation. ��

Today was my first appointment with Dr Kalidas and, wow, what a breath of fresh air! I prefer trying alternative or holistic approaches to wellness when I first encounter a health issue. Over the past two years I decided to have faith in the strictly western medical community and, honestly, it has gotten me no where (except for stacks of bills with no accurate diagnoses or recommendations besides "more antibiotics", "how about steroids", or "just take birth control!"). It felt so good for me to hear Dr Kalidas speak about a holistic approach to excellent health. It is true, this is not cheap. But, neither are standard Drs (I say this as I just opened another $300 follow up bill from a Dr. to add to the stack of recent bills on my counter.) Dr. Kalidas spent an hour with me, reviewed the 27 page intake questionnaire I completed, listened to my concerns, and offered a strategy for moving forward to determine the root causes of my imbalances. The steps include blood tests, hormone… tests, etc. I know that these tests, which a solely western-based Doctor would run, will be viewed with such different eyes and insight by Dr. Kalidas than the "we'll call you if there is a problem" I have had to get used to over the past few years. I highly recommend for any of you to try out Dr. Kalidas if you want to get on a fast track to real health. This is a Dr who takes time to listen to you and to share with you an overall approach to true health.

While I'm not a big fan of doctors in general. Dr. Kalidas is very impressive and so is his staff. He spends no less than an hour with a patient, returns phone calls personally and within hours. He is brilliant, compassionate and concerned with wellness, not just writing scripts to get to another patient. I recommend Dr. Kalidas to anyone who has been on the traditional roller coaster of the traditional medical profession. He saved my daughter's life when she had been misdiagnosed for years. She has late stage/chronic lyme disease. He's now treating my granddaughter for late stage/chronic lyme disease.
