Dr. Kishor Shankerji Dabhi, MD

I was looking for a new general physician, and I chose to make an appointment with Dr. Dabhi, because of numerous positive reviews I read where he was caring, a good lister, had a wonderful beside manner and was very helpful with treating numerous health conditions. Well, NONE of those were a part of my experience with my two visits. When Dr. Dabhi asked me questions, he didn’t give me the opportunity to provide complete answers, and he interrupted me every time I tried to talk. When he was reviewing my past medical records, he was telling me about a few things that he read in the reports, and what he was referring to were not applicable to me. I honestly thought he had records for another patient. I asked him to confirm the name on the records, and my name was in the records, but I was thoroughly confused as to how he was reading some information that was incorrect. I went back for a second visit, because I was still having the same issue that I saw him for, during my initial visit.… Dr. Dabhi said he couldn’t help me and suggested that I see a specialist. When I asked if he could recommend a specialist, he said to just look online and pick someone, because there were a lot of specialists in the area. I was dumbfounded that he wouldn’t provide a specific name or group for the specialist. My two visits were very odd and non helpful visit, to say the very least!! Also, the condition of the entire office is very crude and unclean. I was taken aback when I saw the waiting area, and when I was brought in through the back area, and into an exam room, I was shocked by the condition of the entire office.and how run down it is. The only reason for giving one star, is that the woman at the front desk, named Kristy, was helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely will not be returning to Dr. Dabhi’s office!!! I strongly advise that any one considering him to become their medical physician, to stop by his office first, and let your first impression be your guide. I wish I had gone with the thoughts of my first impression, and I should have walked right back out of the door, and start a new search.for a doctor. Please heed my advice, so you don’t waste your time and money!!

He is very patient, great bed-side manner. He treats you with dignity and respect. Know my case always. He checks on you when you are sick.

Awful experience. Never once did he evaluate my mothers depression after a stroke. She couldn't work and he wouldn't fill out temporary disability to help get Medicaid, however he did sign a *release to work* order 3 months after the stroke. She could not do follow up visits for lack if insurance/money. A year later, now that my mother has been working 5 weeks straight and trying to get back on her feet, he is refusing to send another release to work, even though one is ALREADY signed. My mother could yet again lose EVERYTHING and they could care less! A disgrace to the profession.

Dr. Dabhi is a great doctor. He takes his time with you and always checks on you. He will always solve your medical problems.

I love him, as a doctor, he is the best and I would never go to anyone else. The staff is good too........I luv Michelle she is caring.
