Dr. Kisseng Hsieh, MD

As a patient advocate for a family member, with health challenges that is stressful enough and having to interact with a team of rude, disrespectful and incompetent individuals.

Very skilled and a real nice man. He treated my bladder cancer, including surgery. Had to move and my new dr. complimented his work. Cancer free for 2 years!

Clearly he thought that what was wrong with me was psychological not urological. My symptoms had disappeared from a very intense sudden onset 10 days previous. I stated the severity of symptoms had made me feel panic. In his version "dude had a panic attack". I have NO history of panic.

I tried to call this clinic and I guess the office assistants here have poor training. It's either they do not know their protocol or maybe if they can't answer the question, they will simply hang up the phone on you. This is only to get a new patient appointment. I guess these doctors have no clue at all how is their customer rating regarding their clinic help and phone answering. I did not get the chance to see this doctor because of his staff. As there are many patients, there are also many doctors.
