Rude, belligerent office staff... unreturned phone calls. Waited 4 hours, in a crowded waiting room with 12 other patients... for a 10 minute visit with Dr. !Complaints of leg pain (turned out to be blood clot), and med side effects ignored.

Staff is rude and never returns phone calls. Stay away from this doctor.

My father just had surgery to repair his Mitral Valve. He is 2 1/2 weeks post-op and is under the care of this practice. As soon as we can leave this practice we will. He waits for hours to see a doctor, which means the office is ridiculously over booked. He also will wait for days to hear back from the doctor under time sensitive situations. I understand that he is not their only patient, but it would be nice to get a call back within the day you call with an issue. I don't think someone this soon after having surgery should have to wait a day to hear back from their doctor when their heart rate is dropping or rising. Horrible practice. Please try to find someone who actually cares about their patients and doesn't just see them as dollar bills.

They actually lied to me in the hospital about the magnitude of my arterial blockage, telling me that it was better than it actually was. Over a month went by before I had a follow up visit after my procedure, and then the doctor twisted around all of the information that I had been given in the hospital. If for some reason you do choose to see these quacks, you'll spend no less than an hour and a half in a crowded waiting room, then another half hour in the exam room before you get your 5-10 minutes with the doctor. This practice has no respect for its patients or their time, they're only concerned about how many office visits they can bill for in one day. And if you complain about it, they'll either ignore you or respond as though you are imagining it. Did I mention that they were four hours late performing my procedure in the hospital? Yes, they overbooked those, too.
