Dr. Kizhakevilayil R Byju, MD

New to area. Called to make appointment and was accused of canceling previous appointments. When I tried to explain that I was a new patient, receptionist hung up on me.

When I first met with Dr. Byju several years ago, he told me that I needed to see a dermatologist and thoughtfully made an appointment for me to see one in another building on the same campus the same afternoon. When I needed to see Dr. Byju quickly last week, his staff could not have more understanding and efficient. I called at 9:30 am and they got me in for a 10:15 appointment. Dr. Byju assessed the problem within five minutes and I am scheduled for a colonoscopy next week. He's a true professional, easy to talk with, and gives one a sense of being in good hands.

I was able to book appointments for consultation and surgical procedures very quickly. Dr. Byju and his staff are very easy and pleasant to work with. Dr. Byju helped me get the prescription that was most cost efficient.

Dr Byju was instrumental in getting me admitted to Tampa General where I received the immediate attention that basically saved my life. His quick assessment of my condition and calm professional approach to the situation will always be greatly appreciated.

Did not care for this Dr. I was given some misinformation and careless errors were made when reporting my bloodwork to me.
