Dr. Knut Kverneland JR.

Horrific experience. This man doesn't care about patients and should be in no position to be in their care. I just left a week under the care of this man and I'm thankful to be alive. He couldn't bother caring.

I was admitted to the hospital with serious flu symptoms including dehydration, lung congestion, cough, chills and nausea. Dr Kverneland seemed to be bothered to speak with me, and refused to speak with my family members. His bedside manner was deplorable. When I asked if there was something to help with my cough, he told me "no one has ever died from the flu." Then when I wanted to be discharged he did not come around for a couple of days. I can't imagine how he continues to hold a position at any hospital.

I found Dr. Kverneland to be an excellent physician. He listens well, gets straight to the point and makes sure that I am well cared for and my needs are met.

This doctor is a very mean person. I believe what his other patients say because I was treated the same way they were. He is very cold and uncaring. He walked into the room and started poking and prodding my injured body without saying a word to me. I cried out in pain and asked him to be gentle but again without a word or a pause he continued hurting me. The next time he came back I didn't understand what he was saying about my test results and he made me feel stupid for not understanding. This man made me feel like a worthless human being that was wasting his time. I cried after he left the room. I have never had anyone make me feel so bad about myself. I didn't understand what I did wrong until I read his reviews and realized that he just doesn't care about his patients. I can't go back to NFRMC anymore because I'm afraid of him making me feel so bad about myself again.

Very poor bedside manner. Entered room and did not introduce himself. Began examination without introduction and did not alert you when examining painful area.

Won't answer or even ask questions. Won't do anything to assist during outpatient. Will refuse to see you again, even 5 min later, if you have any further questions. Uses his nurses to do his ALL of his work.
