Rejected by U of M Dr. Hashimoto transplanted living donor liver to my wife 71 year old diabetic with severe liver failure, requiring belly to be tapped every 7 days, removing 6 liters of fluid each time for months while the CC liver team Worked diligently around the clock to keep her alive while we searched for a donor and to keep her healthy enough to survive the 12 hr. Operation, before and after the operation Dr. Hashimoto and the entire CC staff treated us like we were close beloved family members. He visited us daily before and after the operation with encouragement and compassion, with detailed information on lab reports, progress and what to expect next. We are forever grateful for all of the dedicated angels on staff at Cleveland Clinic

Doesn't work with other departments he operated on me and handled my pain which was ridiculous and after fighting with him pain team came in and told me that they would never give that small of a dose for the type of surgery I had and he was reported
