She is a decent doctor, but she typically keeps her patients waiting for at least 45 minutes after the nurse does her initial triage. The visit itself is rarely longer than 5-10 minutes, but the waiting sucks.

I have been seeing Dr. Piplani for a few years. I have always found her to be attentive, warm, and competent. All of my experiences have been positive.

I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCES HERE IN THIS OFFICE, ALL THE WAY FROM WAIT TIME, AND RECEIVING NO COMMUNICATION BACK FROM THE STAFF OR THE DR!!! I AM FURIOUS RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES TOTAL IN 2 WEEKS WANTING TO KNOW MY RESULTS FOR MY HEART TESTS, FINALLY MY DAUGHTERS STARTING CALLING ON MY BEHALF, THE FRONT STAFF WAS CLUELESS, THEN TRANSFERRED TO THE MA WHO WAS EVEN MORE CLUELESS. I GIVE UP,!!! I AM NOW CHANGING DR'S. I ALWAYS HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING LAB RESULTS OR A CALL BACK FOR ANYTHING REGARDING MY CARE, AND THE OFFICE VISITS WITH THE PROVIDER ARE NO BETTER!!!
