Konrad I. Gruson, MD

Went to see Dr. Gruson for a back ache. Only saw the PA who prescribed a medication and instructed me to message them if the pain did not improve. When I checked MYCHART the Dr. made comments that he personally saw me and devised a treatment plan. Not true as I never met the doctor. When I messaged them that the back pain did not resolve itself it took the PA 5 business days to respond that he would refer me to the spine center. Now more than two weeks later I still have not heard from them. Good thing that I lost my confidence in them and I have seen a doctor in another hospital's spine center and have an appointment for an MRI.

Doctor grusos has done two shoulder replacements for my mom. He has been kind, honest, and at times silly. He's made my mom comfortable in each office visit and in both surgeries. He took care of her well. He likes to joke around in the office from time to time and makes you feel like you've known him forever. I will always be grateful to him and to his team like his assistant Mr. Stallone. Such very kind and gentle people. Truly blessed to have been treated by them.

Got an honest assessment of my problem and ultimately did great from surgery! Would highly recommend him if you have a shoulder problem.

Dr. Gruson spent time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options. While I didn’t need surgery, I would without a doubt go to him for any musculoskeletal problems.

This Doctor seriously LACKS bedside manners and the ability to address questions. He has no concept of healing through mental health!
