Dr. Konstantinos D Boudoulas, MD

Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Boudoulas was not very good. He was definitely one of those doctors that doesn't really listen to the concerns of women, and had terrible bedside manners. I understand that he is a cardiologist, but he was EXTREMELY uneducated regarding women's health topics. He gave me legitimately false information about how my condition would affect my ability to use birth control, and when I shared my concerns about this, he brushed them off and ignored them. He also gave me misleading information about how my condition/medication would negatively affect the rest of my life. He made things sound way worse and way scarier than they actually were! When I finally spoke with two other specialists regarding my condition, they told me that everything he'd said was false, and that I had no reason to worry. I spent 3 days in the hospital under the care of Dr. Boudoulas and quite frankly, it was somewhat traumatizing. He did not listen to my concerns, spoke confidently… on topics he actually knew nothing about (why would you do this?), and gave me really scary information, which turned out to be untrue. Overall my 3 days under his care was one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had.
