I am very surprised to read previous comment. Dr. Koutros is one of the best diagnostician and very caring doctor. My experience with him is wonderful. I recommend him to everyone.

Koutros followed my father in law for years. Several of his medical problems were mismanaged under Koutros's care. As a result, my father in law is lucky to be alive today only because of the wonderful care he received at Maimonides Hospital. Stay away

Would not recommend him. He missed an obvious diagnosis that caused my grandfather to spend 1 week in ICU.

Dr. Koutros is one of the finest doctors we've ever dealt with. He is extremely talented and knowledgeable, zeroes in one the problem, works with you diligently while all the time being compassionate and understanding ...a rare combination of gifts. We are lucky to have him as our family doctor. When your family needs him, he is always there to make time for you, see you in person, speak to you on the phone..whatever your family needs. Dr. Koutros has been a gift to our family.
