Terrible doctor - doesn't listen to or care about patients.

Dr Lewis is a good doctor, she cares and listens to her patients

Doctor Lewis is a superb doctor she takes the time to find out what's your medical issues are and to give you the best possible treatment there is forward and other alternatives for it

I have recently seen Dr. Lewis for 2 years now and have been disappointed by the lack of attention I have received. There was a lack of eye contact during an appointment and it seemed Dr. Lewis wanted to get in and out when seeing me. There was a lack of attention when I asked medical questions about a treatment plan and was told the only option was to start me on medication that she had already prescribed me months before. Overall disappointed in the care and attention I received by Kori Lewis at Mercy Clinic in Edmond, OK.

SO, Dr. Lewis is a primary care doctor. Her job is to assess the situation for her patients and recommend treatment or recommend another doctor to see. We have been trying to get her to find us a neurologist to see, yet she is unwilling to try and find someone who will actually make an appointment. Dr. Lewis only make sexcuses, saying, "it could take many, many months for us to get into a neurologist....Well, we took it upon ourselves to call OU medical center in order to find a nuerologists and guess what? We have an appointment today, no thanks to Dr. Lewis. We actually would have had an appointment earlier if Dr. Lewis' ofice would have been urgent and accurate when sending OU nuerology a referral and the correct patient files. I just do not understand her unwillingness to actually try and help us in anyway. She is worthless and it is frustrating that people like this call themselves doctors yet cant help in anyway and only make things harder. She has no desire to help, just reap… the benefits of being an overpaid doctor. Pathetic and unacceptable.

Dr. Lewis, on the surface fits the image of a doctor in Edmond, ok. Very pretentious, very condescending, very arrogant, and very incapable of being a useful tool in medicine. She either does not have the mental ability to look at all the factors when trying to figure out what is going on with her patient, or she just does not care to put in the effort, either way, she has been no help at all. Her office cant even get the referrals to the right specialist with any urgency, or she just does not care to be urgent. She never followed up with us when we were going through trying to figure out what was causing very serious and life changing symptoms. I still cant believe that she is allowed to practice medicine. I do not know how she sleeps at night.

Lacks empathy, lacks critical thinking ability, lacks motivation to actually try and help patient, lacks motivation to put extra effort in when trying to solve a problem. She just wants to treat symptoms and not the cause. She is worthless

Dr Lewis has been my primary care for probably 10 years. I think she gives excellent care.

Dr. Lewis has been my Doctor for several years as well as my wife's Doctor. Excellent rapport and very caring. Always positive attitude and very thorough in her profession.

I moved back from Texas taking a low dosage of Xanax for anxiety and sleep. I have seen 3 doctors in Oklahoma, their only concern was to remove the xanax, but they had no successful protocol including Dr. Lewis to get the patient off the Xanax. So I've had to suffer like a lab rat, meanwhile trying to hold down a job on the computer all day with no sleep. There was no blood tests to see if there were any other issues.
