Dr. Flippo and her team (PA Jaime, Nurse Brittany, scheduling genius Peggy, etc.) have contributed to my sweet Mom’s health in wonderful and creative ways. I appreciate the depths to which this team will stretch to coordinate ongoing care for my sweet Mom, particularly within this very unusual season. I am deeply grateful.

Was referred to her by my PC doc for slightly elevated white blood counts. After numerous tests over 9 months, nothing showed up alarming. She was unhelpful and actually seemed disappointed that the tests didn't show any blood disease or cancer. I repeatedly pressed her on what other factors (stress, diet, etc) might be causing my counts to be slightly high, and she would just shrug her shoulders and say she didn't know. She ordered an expensive ultrasound on my spleen which showed no abnormalities. She promised I would hear from her in 48-72 hours with the results, but after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I finally called the office to get my results (which were normal). I would not recommend her at all.

She is GREAT! So glad I found her!!!!

Dr. Flippo is great but the staff is short on the phone and do not call back. Left a message 3 weeks ago no one has returned call. I am a new patient too!! I continue to try and call and one person picks up and transfers me to another that does not. Not getting anywhere here.

Dr. Flippo was very through and down to earth.

she was rude,and had a horrible bedside manner.no compassion.They wanted me to hurry up because they needed my bed!How rude is that! she was mad because I asked questions and she did not like to be challenged.
