Kosha Nathwani, MD

Family medicine physician Kosha Nathwani, MD, provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including children and adolescents. Dr. Nathwani practices the full spectrum of family medicine and has a special interest in lifestyle medicine, women's health and preventive care. She performs a wide range of office-based procedures, including shoulder and knee injections, skin biopsies and cryotherapy. Dr. Nathwani is dedicated to a holistic approach to health and wellness. She incorporates her expertise in nutrition, her personal experience with mindfulness-based stress reduction and her experience as a certified yoga teacher into her clinical practice. Having grown up in Canada, Dr. Nathwani is grateful for the beautiful San Diego weather and beaches. When not in the office, she enjoys practicing yoga, spending time at the beach, learning to surf and exploring San Diego with her husband and children.
