Seven years ago, in March of 2016, this man saved my life! I had a burst colon, with perforations in several places. When the EMT's took me away...I remember nothing for the next 7 weeks in Sparrow Hospital. The care I received was intensive...and I was only able to receive it because of this outstanding surgeon. My brother, a US Navy P.A./Medical Officer (USS Enterprise) came to stay with me for 8 months in recovery. He was seriously impressed with not only the surgical skill Obinwanne displayed, but with his genuine, personal interest and follow-up in my recovery. I am grateful--and fortunate--that Obinwanne was there for me. THANK YOU, doctor!

WARNING****If you want to live!! Terrible doctor do not let him do surgery on you. Put a hole in my intestines and bowel leaked all inside my body. Ended up having 4 surgeries in 5 days. In a coma for 2 and a 1/2 weeks. Got septic and MRSA. Had to learn to walk and everything. Still have a lot of major health issues due to this corrupt doctor. Contacted the hospital and nurses no one would tell me why or what happened. His intern tried to help me with information but Dr. Obinwanne shut him up and made him leave the room. What does that say about his care for patients. I will never be able to live a normal life as I did before this horrible doctor did surgery on me. Just wanted to share my experience to WARN people before it's too late!

DR. Obinwanne is a very good Dr he takes his time to explain everything to you, make sure you are keeping track of what your to be doing, always ask questions and wants to know if you have any questions, never rushes you. never makes you feel uncomfortable and laughs with you when something funny over all a GREAT DR.
