Dr Sideridis is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He always takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains your treatment options. Would highly recommend him.

MD initially presented himself as a practice that cares and would treat me well. It was exactly the opposite. Procedures were rushed as if in a factory line. Limited discussion of results were given due to the above. Office staff follow up Was dismissive and rude. No callbacks. No Wen put in for authorization for a CT scan that I needed. They lied and said they were waiting as it was pending. I found out it was never put in by my insurance company. Woman sam who does this authorization lied to me, yelled at me and literally had me in tears. Today is Saturday. I called Wednesday Thursday and Friday and asked for Dr. Sideridis to call me back As I’ve been experiencing constant abdominal pain. He has not called back. So upsetting.

This doctor was so aloof and dismissive and missed the diagnosis! His office was extremely rude. He took forever to provide results and lacked compassion, knowledge and bedside manner. Would not recommend!

Dr. Sideridis was very compassionate and accommodating when I visited him for an upper GI issue. He spent an enormous amount of time exploring the differential diagnosis with me, and he made me feel very comfortable with my situation, offering hope that things would eventually get better. He's been very welcoming of follow-up questions. His staff is first-class as well. Highly, highly recommend.
