Incredible!!!!! First word that comes to mind. Skilled. No doubt about that. Professional but not stuffy. Personal, but still very professional. He saved my son in law's life, and is working on saving the use of his arm. Cannot say enough good about this doctor.

Dr. Azar is a fantastic surgeon and a very patient and knowledgeable person. The office and the staff are top notch. He sets the bar very, very high. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had no idea where to turn for a 'implant rupture.' I wanted a surgeon closer than The City of Hope,...so i started my quest. Thankfully,..i was introduced to Dr. Azar's expertise, by a Westlake Orthopedic Doctor's staff member. (who happens to be my daughter-in-law) They highly recommended him. And so do i. My results are amazing. (total breast reconstruction) I was a 'challenge' to Dr. Azar,..which he took on, boldly,..never a slight feeling of being overwhelmed. He had all the right answers,...for each procedure. I am so thankful for he and his staff. They were each, welcoming, and wonderful. Dr. Azar is an artist...AND has fabulous bedside manner. He has an amazing warm personality, which comes in handy when life gets a little bumpy. It was revealed to me in pre-op at the Thousand Oaks Surgery Hospital how well he is appreciated and trusted. Each person, at each post, had nothing but wonderful things to say about him. Clearly...he is a favorite physician at TOSH. … Visits to the office were pleasant and super quick. Briskly invited to the examining room...hardly a 5 minute wait. Dr. Azar is the only doctor who has ever made a personal call for a check-up. Who does that these days ? Dr. Azar does. He also was concerned about healing and met my husband and i at the office on a Sunday. Who does that ? Dr. Azar does. He listened to me...and cared about my concerns. And,..he is a teacher. I learned a lot by having him as my doctor. And just one more thing. I had 3, recent, Keritosis Biopsies...with stitches..and honestly....you can not even see a whisper of a scar. Amazing !!

I found Dr Azar through a friend and WOW was I impressed! His office has been nothing but amazing to me! I finally made the decision to make the jump and go forward with a breast lift and augmentation; Dr. Azars office got me in for an appointment the same week I called, and in for surgery the very next week! I was scheduled to be leaving out of town a few weeks after, so my schedule was very tight. Dr. Azar answered all of my questions and got back to me right away when I called the office after hours with anxiety over the surgery. He put me at ease and was SO thorough and detailed with all of my questions. In addition to making sure that everything was perfect, what impressed me the most was how detail oriented Dr. Azar was. This is the #1 quality I look for in any physician and he went above and beyond what my expectations were. From the initial appointment through even today, the entire practice does an amazing job of following up and following through! There is no leaving… you in the dust once you leave the surgery center, they follow you through each step of your recovery. It is comforting knowing that they will be there for any need I may have. I would highly recommend Dr. Azar to anyone and everyone I know! The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure that only the best care is provided. Not to mention, I'm ecstatic with the results-the best part!

Highly Recommended! Dr. Azar is caring, detail oriented, with a great support staff. They will answer all your questions and help put your fears to rest guide you through the entire process as well as support you during the healing process.

Dr. Azar has the highest standards of any doctor I've met. He is extremely ethical and shows deep concern for his patients. At the age of 39, I had a preventative double mastectomy after learning I carry the BRCA gene mutation which increased my risk of breast cancer to 87%. After consulting with several surgeons, I chose Dr. Azar to do my breast reconstruction and I couldn't have been happier! I feel so fortunate to have found a surgeon with BOTH the skill and compassion I was looking for. At UCLA's Revlon Breast Cancer Center, my nurse practitioner told me that I had the "best results" she has seen! Dr. Azar is a PERFECTIONIST who pays close attention to detail...which is definitely important in choosing a Plastic Surgeon! I appreciate the compassion both he and his staff have show to women facing mastectomies and breast reconstruction. It's a challenging journey but it's made much easier when you can actually look forward to your office visits, knowing that you'll be… cared for and your results will be fantastic. You would be hard pressed to find another surgeon as gifted and sincere as Dr. Azar. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Dr. Azar in a heart beat!!!

His integrity and expertise is superb. His education is phenomenal. Most importantly, Dr. Azar's results are superb. He is always patient and will give you the time to answer any question, and his answers will always be honest. One of the kindest and most caring M.D.s in his field.

Dr Azar is by far the best plastic surgeon you can get. I went through many interviews with different surgeons, and choosing Dr. Azar was a no-brainer. Not only is his work truly incredible, he is personable and comforting. It is difficult to find a plastic surgeon with such fabulous, unsurmountable qualities. His knowledge and expertise is obvious from the moment you discuss with him. His office is beautiful and the staff welcomes you right away. Dr. Azar is a dream boat and will fulfill all of your requests! It is a guarantee!!
