Great doctor. Great service

I have never been to see a doctor as wonderful as Dr Armstrong and his staff are so friendly, He has helped me on my path to feeling good and there is no wait time, My test he wanted me to have done was scheduled by i think Carol and she had me scheduled for the next day before i ever left the office. I highly recommend this Doctor !!!!!

My family started going to Dr. Armstrong over 30 years ago. Now, my husband and I continue to see Dr. Armstrong although we moved from Owasso several years ago. We tried to find another doctor that was closer to our home, but never found anyone that we liked the same. Driving 20 miles is no problem to be able to see the doctor that we are most comfortable with.

Love the care i get at this office , Joined his MDVIP practice about 5 months ago and i have to say its been a pleasure going to the Dr he listens is thorough and his staff gets you in right away and i had to have a couple of tests done his scheduler got those scheduled for the next day and i got my results 2 days later , I feel like a vip which is good since i am paying extra for the care at his office. I am one pleased patient

Dr. Armstrong is a nice guy once you get him to talk. But, I needed a thorough doctor, not a buddy. He has taken care of my family for appx 8 yrs. Thank goodness nothing major arose. My heart rate has become elevated over the last couple of yrs. He's not proactive, doesn't ask questions, & only seems to want to quickly treat the ONE problem @ hand. I mentioned my heart rate multiple times to him. He wasn't concerned. Only one time has he ever placed his hands on me for an exam (outside of looking in my ears & throat) & it was so ridiculous I laughed. He literally pushed in on a fat roll on my side. Whatever! It was a joke. In order to examine a patient, eye contact & touching is required. The eye contact might have given him a hint that my eye was bulging. The rapid heart rate might have given him a hint (along with the eye) that I have a thyroid issue. Examining my neck through touching it would have possibly given a hint of a goiter. I had told him I needed a complete… physical over a yr ago. He gave no response. I really hope he doesn't act this aloof with all of his patients. As far as his staff goes, let me just say, they are something else too. No professionalism at all. Zero. Carol is rude. Lincoln is very sweet but wears piercings all over. The other young girl is sweet & seems to have more going for her than the other two. I sincerely wish them the best. I'm thankful that I have a great insurance provider that allowed me to find a new doctor. That doctor took one look @ me & knew what was wrong. She diagnosed me with hyperthyroidism the first day I saw her. She took me off of the med Dr Armstrong had me on for yrs. It was speeding up my heart. Trust your gut feeling & leave if your doctor doesn't give you the care, time, & consideration that you deserve.

Love Dr Armstrong and his staff is awesome , He had one bad seed but since she left it is very pleasant and welcoming , BEST office by far !!!!!!!

Dr Armstrong is AWESOME- I wish he wasn't doing the MDVIP, I would be willing to pay the price to join only if he got all new office staff. I will not pay to be treated poorly by them; they are rude, do not follow up and are talking about their personal life which takes priority over office calls. I sat in waiting room and listened to them put two different callers on hold so that they could finish their story, which was not appropriate for the front office.

Dr. Armstrong is a fantastic physician but his office staff is horribly rude and makes calling the office and/or arriving for appointments a dreaded experience. My husband and I both used Dr. Armstrong but I could no longer stand the way patients are treated by the office staff. My husband has continued to use him on a monthly basis cause he needs his blood pressure medication and a good Dr. to monitor his back after he had surgery. When calling to make an appointment his staff acts as tho we are inconveniencing them by interrupting their constant daily gossip. They're curt, rude, short tempered and numerous other negative traits. Getting a call back, calling in a prescription or needing papers from his office faxed or gathered to be picked up NEVER happens. After today my husband will not becoming back. It is a weekday and I've been sitting outside waiting since their lunch ended for over 2 hours to pick up a script that my busband desperately needs. No note or anything on the door… indicating an emergency.

love the Doctor!! his bed side manner is awesome. he takes his time with me in the room. My wait time is about 10mins. the front office i'm proud to say has IMPROVED TREMENDOUSLY!!! they got rid of that mean nurse. it's so much better. i will keep going to see him and would take my friends with.

We really like Dr. Armstrong. He's easy to get in to and he has a good "bedside manner" but his staff is terrible. They are short with people, they talk about personal matters and gossip in the open office area where people are waiting. The nurse he has doesn't talk to the patients, doesn't smile, does not seem happy to be there at all until she's back up to the front desk gabbing with the gals. His staff is truly unprofessional.
