Dr. Krisell Dawn Fedrizzi, DO

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fedrizzi since Dr. Berks retired. At first I was hesitant, as Dr. Berks had been my family Physician for over 25 years. Everyone is unsure about change, but I stayed with Dr. Fedrizzi. It was the BEST DECISION I’ve ever made! She is personable, and actually reads all the test results that have been sent to her, from my other Doctors BEFORE we meet at my appointment. If she had ordered a CBC with Diff. ( basic blood test) she NEVER has to look a computer or hand held tablet, while she is going over the results. She explains every line of the test, and has a copy of the test in hand while she goes over it. The paper in her hand is MY copy of the results. I don’t have to ask for a copy three times before leaving. She uses a high lighter marker to mark the numbers she sees as out of the range of “standard.” When I first started seeing her, my triglycerides were high off the chart in the 4 digit range. Through medication and her suggested diet change, that number came… down to the “normal” range! I have been seeing her regularly from the time she accepted me as a patient. Her bedside manner is great! I am so glad she accepted me as a patient! I can’t imagine having anyone else “Running the show” except Dr. Fedrizzi. Her staff in Germantown is nice, and it’s easy to get an appointment with her. She will be my Primary Healthcare Physician until she retires. I’m willing to follow her to another location if necessary, as she has ALL the knowledge of my medical conditions, and as a D.O. she treats me as an entire person, taking all my conditions into consideration, and knows all the right questions to ask before making a diagnosis. She told me a long time ago, that before she was a Doctor, she worked in a medical lab, and saw and learned things not printed in medical books, and she draws on that experience to assist her in figuring out what’s wrong with me. My faith is solely in her ability to provide the care that only a Physician can provide. Not just any Physician. Just Dr. Krisell Fedrizzi.

My family has been with Dr Fedrizzi for 20-25 years. Her office is far from our home, but any time we have tried other doctors due to difficulty getting to appointments, we have missed her loving concern for her patients and we then returned to her. It's very hard to find a doctor with such professional expertise and dedication to family health.

My family & I receive excellent care from Dr F. Anytime she's unsure of any condition she does send you for a second opinion. Her office staff is courteous. I personally have never had issues with doctor or staff. Wait times can be long but it's because she spends time with her patients.

She takes time to be complete and thorough, a very caring Dr.

I have seen Dr. Fedrizzi for several years now. I feel totally comfortable with her and I know the medical and personal advise she gives me is so very true. I have been through a lot with my health and she got me on the right track-without her-I probably wouldn't be able to walk to this day. She took the time out of her very busy schedule to give me the confidence and teach me to walk again-without her that never would have happened. I am and always will be forever grateful to this kind and caring lady. She is a great doctor and a truly good person. That is hard to find these days. I'm not leaving my name -but Dr. Fedrizzi you gave me a new lease on life. Thanks again!!

From the beginning the staff talked to me as though I were a child, I am over 60.The doctor ordered labs without my permission knowing I did not have insurance. She even ordered allergy tests when I told her I had already had allergy tests and my tests were negative. I now have $2000 in tests that were done which I will be paying for for some time. I am used to being treated with respect and compassion at my doctor's office you will find neither here.Because I do not have insurance I am required to pay before hte doctor sees me. Each time I have seen her I get a bill that says I did not pay. I then have to call her staff and have them rudely tell me to pay my bill I then have to send them receipts showing I paid. I then get a bill that is corrected but NO APOLOGIES for THEIR MISTAKES !I NO LONGER SEE THIS "DR" AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE DOES EITHER !!

I personally think Dr. F is a great Doctor. She is very accurate and knows a lot about various problems. But everytime I go to her I wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment time. Sometimes my visits exceed 1 hour. Her front desk staff, is not very friendly and often leave you standing there while they do there own thing.

The office staff are very rude and insensitive and also lie. The doctor can be nice, but don't cross her, or else!

Needs to improve on supplying records to requesting organizations.

After searching for a medical doctor with an exception & competent office staff, I finally found her! She is very detailed and made me feel like I had been going to quacks prior to her! The staff is a little stand-offish but so far they appear to do their jobs well. I have recommended my husband and wish she took our daughters insurance so she & our grandsons could go there as well. So far I've had nothing but great experiences with her & staff including the sweet dog that is the mascot of the office.
