Dr. Krishali D Hoffman, DO

Just had the absolute worst customer service experience with the receptionist for Dr. Hoffman. Have been seeing Dr. Hoffman for over 5 years now, and never have I been told I can't speak to Dr. Hoffman, or not even honor a request to have her call me at her convenience, until today. All I got was an egotistical administrator, who raved about working in the office for 9 years, that refused to even contact my insurance company in reference to an adjustment in a referral, which is what the insurance company told me to have my pcp do. Sad..I'll be changing pcp's once this ordeal is over with, because Dr. Hoffman herself is actually a good physician! Too bad her staff's ego ruined this relationship.. then again, I'm sure it's no loss to them, as I'm sure another patient will walk in, thus having them bleed another individuals insurance benefits.. steer clear!

I’ve been going to see Dr H for years first with my chronic allergies then she played a big part in in my cancer diagnosis and treatment I probably would not be here today if I had not listened to her I see her on a regular bases for checkups ect she played a big part in my health for years

I’ve been going to Dr H for years she first helped me with my chronic allergies. Later on she was instrumental in diagnosing my cancer without her help and insight I’m not sure if I be here today early testing was the key I see here for all the regular stuff she has always pointed me in the right direction

I have been using Dr. Hoffman for years. She's the best family doc I've ever been to! Highly recommended!

Dr. Hoffman has been treating me, my daughter, my mother and my sister for over 5 years. We really like her.
