He helped cover up another doctor's mistake. Since the guidelines don't allow me to say what happened. All I can say is they were both Evil and ruined my life.

I have been seeing Dr. Batra for fourteen years. He is not only an excellent psychiatrist but an excellent medical doctor (even though that isn't his practice). His knowledge not only connect one's mental stability to how our physical, emotional, spiritual, etc. body works. I highly respect Dr. Batra as a person and a psychiatrist. I have no problems making appointments. I am promptly seen on time. My phone calls are returned almost always within one business day. Staff is friendly, courteous and respectful. Thank you Dr. Batra (and staff) for your service to me and to our community! Diane

I was a patient of Doctor Batra for many years I love this doctor he helped me a lot! Wish I could someone like in Massachusetts!

Horrible no communication

I haven't actually seen Dr. Batra. I tried to but was not given an appointment. I called once and was told it would be at least a 3 month wait. I answered a long series of intake questions over the phone and was told I would receive a call back in 24 hours. I did not receive a call back. I called again about 1-2 weeks later and was told my intake information was lost and I would have to answer the intake questions again. I agreed but got very frustrated part way through when the male receptionist was asking very personal questions and admitted that he was not a licensed mental health professional. He could not spell or write down the name of my medication even after it was repeated and spelled for to him twice. I decided this was not an office that I wanted to continue to associate with if even making an appointment was this frustrating and difficult. I hope Dr. Batra has enough patients because he isn't going to get many new ones with his current staff.

How this Nutcase is till practicing is beyond reason. Why have my meds changed and I have to wait 30 day? After 1-10 days I know they are not working and this Wacko says to KEEP taking the for another 3 weeks! That's so stupid. I am filing a complaint with the board to get this Wacko licence taken away.

I have been a patient of Dr Batra for a year.I have had excellent care for medication management mostly. The front office have been pleasant and very efficient at entering in electronic prescriptions. I have been completely satisfied with my care

DR REALLY CARES AND LISTENS TO YOUR ISSUES.

This guy is a lunatic. Hard to believe he is practicing medicine. Look up his record of medicare fraud many years ago. That's nothing compared to what he does to his patients.

Talks and listens, spends time. Isn't just a 15-minute drug prescriber. His CBT therapy group with Jeanie was life changing. The front office staff wasn't the best, but other than that, would highly recommend, he's an awesome doc!
