Dr. Krishna Pratap Pandey, MD

Dismissive, unhelpful with an ongoing pain situation. Told me to give up gluten. Ran a blood test two months prior, did not follow up with any results.

Originally I had an appointment for 3:00. The day before I was asked if I could come in at 2:00 instead. I arrived about 10 minutes early. After waiting for 45 minutes I decided that I would not wait any longer. I went up to the desk and told them I was not going to wait any longer. Immediately I was taken back to a room. I liked Dr. Pandey, he listened to me and I did not feel rushed. Because of covid-19, people have been told to wear a mask in public to stop the spread. I was shocked to walk in the office and see none of the staff wearing a mask. When I asked why they didn't have masks on, I was told it is not required by the state. When I mentioned to Dr. Pandey that I was uncomfortable with the staff, he was surprised that his staff were not wearing a mask. After my apt. Dr. Pandey walked me out and said to the person at the desk, "everyone needs to be wearing a mask". I received a dirty look from the staff. Will not be returning.

Terrible doctor! Collects pay check for services not rendered while patient is in Bria of Trininty. Will not return phone calls to his staff. Dr Pandy denied my father's RIGHT to take feeding tube out for a month now and caused my father distress and panic attacks. The feeding tube was never used, only another source for infection. Now my father is on self pay waiting for feeding tube to come out so he can be discharged. Dr Pandy does not care about his patients nor does he have the medical history and knowledge of his patients that he collects a pay check on.

I have placed voice mail to DP pediatrics for my child's health problem. but they never call me back. cant beliver how unresponsible doctor group is this.Always try to complete visit quickly, so not spent enough time.
