I don't remember ever doing a review for anything but this place takes the cake on being the rudest office I have ever been to in any industry. They never answer their phone so good luck if you need to get a prescription refilled or reschedule an appointment. The office manager is especially rude and not helpful at all and I spoke with the Dr. about it and nothing ever changed. They don't care about the patient here. You are a number. Go somewhere where you will get a Dr. and staff that work with you and care about your health.

Staff and PA's are horrible and consistently screw up appointments, then kick you out of their practice when you question them.

I am a former patient. Please be aware that you will receive a bill in the mail from Premier Labs. I was assured by the office staff I would not receive an additional bill for lab work. I fact I did receive a bill for lab work. I disputed the bill. I was assured it was taken care of. Little did I know it was not taken care if and sent to collection.

This is the most unprofessional group of doctors and office staff I have ever come met. Twice now they have told me I couldn’t be seen on the day of my appointment because the doctor I was scheduled with couldn’t be there. They wouldn’t even reschedule me for an appointment on the same day. Both times I had to take off work for the appointment and they still didn’t care. Visits are also rushed and the doctors don’t seem to actually care. But hey it’s just my mental health, it’s fine cancel my appointment then don’t get me in for another 2 weeks!!

I have been trying to resolve an issue with the billing for 5 months. Only to be given the run around by the office managers and Premier Labs. I was told I would not receive any additional bills. This is not true. Please be careful.

Just found out he's been prescribing 60mg amphetamine powder to my 60yo super thin wife for "ADHD" for years. Funny...she never mentioned she HAS ADHD and doesn't use our insurance for the refills. $120 every 3 months for an office visit. She does have almost every symptom of amphetamine abuse now though.

Dr. Sankureddi is great! His office staff is AWFUL! They are rude unprofessional and useless. They do NOT respnd to insurance calls, they are Loud and need to be fired. They are the reason I no longer use this dr.

This place is absolutely horrible. I was referred by my therapist to Sunkureddi's office for depression medication. I never even saw Sunkureddi nor would I ever want to if he doesn't even care who he selects as his PA: TAZ. Very rude, demeaning and will not listen. Taz has no business in a medical office.
