I had the worst experience with this office . I usually don't review but I thought I have to provide this information. Extremely unprofessional and careless way of doing business. I don't know why they lie repeatedly while the can directly deny service. I called at least 3 times and spoke with her office over the phone. She said, I will call you tomorrow to make an appointment, but never called. I called again, same thing. Then I called one mor time and I told her about my experience, she said, "Ok, I will call you tomorrow and will take care of you". Then I called again the next day, I told her that she didn't call, She said, "I told you that I will call you". She never called again. I cant believe this. I gave up and now trying other providers. I am so busy and the reason I called them multiple time is because it was assigned my insurance.

Could not properly diagnose my daughter with chicken pox and then denied her carw

This doctor did not even check my son out properly for his physical. They would not fill out his paper for his school because a couple shots were missing, yet he is still allowed to be in school!!! He has already had those shots and I was lectured for 15 minutes about how he needs to have all his shots. I will never go back to this doctor.

This office will attempt to squeeze every single penny out of your pocket in my opinion. I have visited the office about 3 to 4 times. The wait time was long. The doctor was even late to my appointment one time. I had a newborn in Rancho Spring hospital. The pediatrician visited us for like 5 mins and attempted to bill me for like 100+ dollars for doing nothing even though I reviewed my insurance claim saying I only owed like 20 bucks. One follow-up visit, the staff asked me to pay 120 upfront even I have no co-pay obligation on my insurance policy and ridiculously charging me transaction fee if paying via a debit card! DO NOT COME TO THIS MONEY SUCKING PLACE!

By the time my son was 11, his allergies were out of control and making his life miserable. He saw Dr. Vasant and after some testing, recommended immunotherapy. He received the affordable injections over a period of several years, with an improvement over time. By the end he was doing much better.

The best doctor in town! Wonderful staff!
