Dr. Krishnaiah Rayasam, MD

I will not recommend this doctor to anyone. He doesn’t care about you or your condition. I had a side effect to a medication and he said that it wasn’t a side effect. He then said I either had to take the medicine that was prescribed or he would put me in a hospital. It’s all just about a paycheck.

I contacted the office through the patient giving me the CORRECT area code associated with this office. I told the person that answered the phone that the area code on the website was incorrect and she informed me that they did not have anything to do with that. I hope that someone somewhere gets this and corrects the information.

Everytime I have an appt. Dr. Raysam inadvertantly does not include all my meds on the hardcopy prescription. So until my next appt. in 3 mo. I have to do battle with his office staff in getting refills on the meds he left off prescription on the last visit. I phoned his office and told them I needed a refill and this is the followng Thurs. and I'm still waiting and quality of life without them has been horrible. This situation happens all of the time. His staff is subpar and customer service is non-existant.

Dr Rayasam is a caring and professional individual who treats his patients with respect and sensitivity. I have been seeing him for several years and he is easy to work with and always kind and courteous. I see him mainly for medication maintenace, but have also had the opportunity to talk with him about my situation at home on occasion and appreciate his compassionate manner. I would recommend him to friends.

Since 1 becoming a new patient in Dr.Rayasams office we have been truly unsatisfied with how services from this office. Dr. Rayasams secretary Rose is very unprofessional and very rude. She always is bothered by simle questions and never has a good explanation for the several inconveniences she has caused for my particular household. I guess she forgot what she got this job for in the 1 place, if it wasn't for people with disabilities as ourself she wouldn't have that job. She. should work more on being there for and helping the patients. SHE TRULY. NEEDS JOB TRAINING. As far as other staff, the could use a class as well because they dislike helping out @ the window or even answering a question if they do approach the window. The waiting time is e even worse. Every visit is over an hour long. The staff schedules same appointment times for more then one person @ a time. VERY INCONVENIENT!!! As far as the Dr. He does ok. Doesn't seem to interested, I get the we are just another pay… check treatment. Will I ever recommend this office to anyone? NO!!!!!!

Dr. Ray (as we sometimes cal hIM) is a truly carin individual. He cares enough to constantly nag a person to quit drinking because it could adversely affect your liver. He always has an ofice ful of peopple. Ithink the word has spread that he is the best Pdoc. Believe me when I tell you he is the best. I have been seeing him for about 7 years and I live almost 3 hours away from him! I refuse to switch though becaus doctor knos his tuff.
