Very good doctor [...].

I very much enjoyed the conversation concerning health and other matters. For the most part my mind was put at ease concerning the difference between what I though was the problem and what the problem actually is. I was expecting a much worse outcome.

Krista Hill has got to be the worst doctor I’ve ever had in 20 years. It’s impossible to get the correct information relayed to her and then her information relayed back to client. I also waited TWO HOURS to be seen by her initially. This physicians office is the worst run office I’ve ever experienced. Not professional at all. These people COULD NOT seem to ever get any information right. I was called back THREE TIMES with information that was completely different than what I had originally asked. Whoever takes notes on the calls has a serious problem with relating the correct information.

Gets snooty with clients after their frustration takes over. Not professional at all. These people COULD NOT seem to ever get any information right. I was called back THREE TIMES with information that was completely different than what I had originally asked. Whoever takes notes on the calls has a serious problem with relating the correct information.

Dr. Hill is one of the best that I've seen. She takes her time with you and makes you feel cared for and listened to. She takes her patients' needs/wants into account while also doing what is medically necessary even if it might not be in line with the patient wishes. She is very thorough and explains everything to the patient. I would highly recommend her.

I was hoping she would listen to my experiences of how certain medications work got me instead making snap judgements
