worth the drive....

The physicians in this office are wonderful! The nursing staff is wonderful! The front desk ladies are not very personable and it appears they are not happy with their jobs, but don't let that deter you from getting great healthcare from the Molinas. My whole family has been seeing them for 4 years and they have seen us all infant through adult.

Dr. Molena is the best general practitioner I have ever had, she always takes the time to listen to me. She is really good at getting to the root of the problem and solving it.

Unfortunately the only complaint I have is the staff who do the check-in and copay collections. They are as unfriendly and unhelpful as possible except for the nice lady who sits at the reception desk.

I've been seeing her for five years and have recommended her to others. She is a great listener and takes the time needed to make the correct diagnoses.

Dr. Molina was recommended to me by a physician in the ER at Chesterton Health & Emergency. I followed up with her on an issue that I had been seen in the ER for, and WOW! is she great! She takes the time to listen and really makes you feel included in treatment for whatever it is you're there for. I have been back to her several times since, and when she hasn't been available, her nurse practitioner is great as well!

The doctor was OK - her staff on the other is very poor. We have to continue to call to get follow up or updates. Overall very tiring to do their work. I'm sure there are other doctors out there ready to work for their pay.

After a stay in the hospital, I needed a new doctor because I moved here. An appointment was made and She was awsome. Kind, and really talked to me. She spent 45 minutes with me to assess the problems. But when her and I talked, she told me that we (note the we) have a plan. I was included in the whole process. Great.

I made an appt to get established with a family doctor and thought I was making a good choice with this doctor. I waited approx. 2 months for the "new patient appointment", despite needing to get established soon for medical issues(my former doctor unexpectedly passed away). Anyhow, 3 days before my scheduled appointment I received a phone call from her office telling me that unless I brought 60.00 with the appointment to me(in addition to my regular co-pay from BCBS) I would not be seen. I asked what this was for and they stated they were not sure, but another doctors office affiliated with the Franciscan system. I do not even know what this is for...I may have owed 10.00 for an eye doctor appointment a few weeks ago but I haven't even gotten the EOB or bill yet! So needless to say I never even got to see her....I waited all this time to be seen, and now trying to find another doctor I am going to have to wait 3 more months. I just love how all these office work together to shale… everyone down now.

Had an appointment to see her for a rash that I had. When I arrived, the nurse treated me very kindly. The problem that I had was that she then refused to see me because she was pregnant and didn't want to be exposed to the rash. She didn't bother to assess me - even from a distance. The worst of it was that she didn't even have enough respect to come in the room and talk with me. I never even saw her face. I left the office very upset.
