Dr. Kristen Marie Aloupis, DO

Wife and I did laser touch up on face for sun/age spots. At initial consult Dr Aloupis said if some didn't fade she would do touch up free of charge. Month later we asked for touch up on a few that lightly faded and told needed to pay a discounted rate for both of us. This was over the phone without even seeing us. Obviously not true to her word so we cancelled appt as discounted rate over the phone was $500 to $1000 for wife and several hundred for me. My advice.....don't believe her!! On positive note, her office staff is very nice.

I returned to Dr. Aloupis with a concern I had regarding fillers she did. I told her of my dissatisfaction, as the cheek bone on one side of my face looked higher. I would assume she would have tried to satisfy me but instead disagreed with me and was totally unwilling to correct this. I have had fillers before, so I know what to expect. I went to this dermatologist and paid $1700.00 expecting to get a better job than anyone else offering fillers. Unfortunately it didn't work out that way. I will not return to this office again and will find another dermatologist.
