This doctor falsified my EMR when she did a consult. She falsified my medical history .She involved estranged siblings of thirty years not following my request do not involve my siblings they don’t know me documented on my medical records . I was unaware of what she did not checking my medical records. My siblings used the information and I ended up very sick and my treating physicians weren’t contacted she just made up a medical history that has destroyed me ruining my Health Reputation and Finances. She won’t return my call but to make myself clear I have a court decision I will be following up with her negligence going to the medical board she’s is a disgrace not involving me or my treating physicians of seven years attending my appointments 2-3times a week I had no idea what she did and who was involved. I was the only person in that hospital that knew anything about me .. Therefore nobody knew my medical history medical condition treatment I was receiving my treating physicians… or my medication . This is dangerous and I have suffered needlessly because she didn’t involve me . I received medical treatment going forward based on this careless doctor who falsified medical records . If she would have listened. to me contacted my treating physicians this wouldn’t have happened I received harmful treatment base on falsified medical records if she would have done her job listening to me not treating me on hearsay. She didn’t need to work with my estranged siblings of 30 years all she needed to do was to phone 7 different doctors she should be held accountable. She was negligence it’s hard to believe Ii have suffered needlessly this is unbelievable it was careless I received treatment based on hearsay leaving the hospital crippled with a walker and brace .
