Kristen Bowman

Kristen Bowman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 4 years of experience providing mental health therapy to children, adults, and adolescents. Kristen is passionate about being a resource to clients in need of psychological and emotional support in all stages of treatment. She specializes in working with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. Kristen completed her Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She has worked with clients in multiple levels of care, including residential treatment and inpatient settings, and this has enabled her to provide individualized therapy to address a variety of stressors. Kristen enjoys using multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, person-centered, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
