Condesceding...bordering rude..doesnt always let you finish speaking..makes you feel like shes disinterested and you're not important, but medically speaking, on-point. If bedside manner is important to you, you may want to consider another choice.

Called the office in the morning with some concerning issues, staff that answered the phone was very professional and accommodating, scheduled same day. Check in at appointment was quick and easy, again staff very professional. Dr Chandler was very patient with listening to all my concerns and was very thourgh and compassionate setting up a game plan for treatment. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate such wonderful care.....

went to her for 1st time after my doctor retired went for a 3 month check and to get a refill on my meds and was treated like some pill head drug addict by the time i left there i did not know whether i had been to see a physician or a parole officer bedside manner there was none if you are a male man she is not your doctor will not be back and for that matter upmc

I thought she was kind of rude/mean. Basically very forceful with her "recommendation" Look, I don't do well with being told WHAT to do. I will do the exact opposite. However, if you were to suggest it with back-up solutions. I will probably follow through. NO THANKS, her bed-side sucks.

OMG, she is the greatest female doctor I have had. She is not one of those that hold there hand on the door knob getting ready to run to the next patient.
