Dr. Kristen Danielle Cozad, MD

Dr. Kristen Cozad is a family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at the University of Minnesota Health Care System, giving her strong foundational experience in comprehensive primary care. With 14 years of clinical experience, Dr. Cozad focuses on providing complete healthcare for patients of all ages. She is fluent in both Chinese and English, allowing her to serve diverse patient populations.

Dr. Cozad practices at multiple locations throughout Minneapolis and the surrounding area, including affiliations with Minneapolis Heart Institute, Abbott Northwestern Hospital, and Mercy Hospital Unity Campus. Her expertise includes managing chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes.
