Dr. Kristen Donato, DO

This dr kicked my 85 yr. old mother out of her practice! Why because for 3 weeks we called asking about a neurologist for my moms headaches! The 4th call I was very frustrated and asked why no call back. Well the RUDE manger returned my call saying my mom and I were removed from the practice! Really Middlesex primary!!! Shame on you.

Office staff was great - I had to change/reschedule my appointment several times and they handled it kindly each time. Dr. Donato spent an appropriate amount of time with me - I didn't feel rushed. This was my first visit with her and she referred me to specialists in my insurance network, who then called me the next day to set up appointments, etc. I didn't have to do anything. It was a very good first impression.

She is wonderful, sweet and so compassionate. She is smart and caring and I feel that she will have a waiting list of patients in no time at all. I really can't say enough great things about her and I feel lucky to have her as my Doctor.
