Kristen Flaherty, DPT

Dr. Kristen Flaherty is a compassionate and skilled physical therapist licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. She provides expert care at Essentia Health, working in inpatient acute and outpatient clinic settings. Since earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN, in 2021, Kristen has been dedicated to helping patients improve their quality of life. Kristen specializes in pelvic health for men and women, treating neurologic conditions such as stroke and Parkinson's disease, and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) through Klose Training. Her holistic, patient-centered approach emphasizes exercise, education, and empowering individuals to take control of their physical health. Before pursuing physical therapy, Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and gained valuable experience working in cardiac care and pharmacy settings.
