She is non-traditional in her bedside manner, but that clicked with my mom. She was able to convince her that PT would help her with balance and mobility and changed some medications and my mom is doing 100% better, which at 81 is amazing.

I left her office crying spent no time listening to what was going on I had a fall PT is working with me she stated was all in my head I tried to tell her I have meneirs she would not listen. She came out and said I was crazy, she laughed thru whole visit. I WILL NEVER SEE HER AGAIN

Do not bother. She is not worth your time, she is by far one of the worst doctors I have ever seen.

Dr Graesser is friendly and warm, yet completely professional and up-to-date in her specialty of MS. I needed a lot more support in terms of management of my disease than I'd been getting and Dr. Graesser provides it. When I had problems with my previous medication she spent time discussing all the options with me for all the available medications, and allowed me to have some choice instead of just telling me what I would take. She returns calls within the hour if you have an emergency and I feel I'm getting the best care I possibly could from her.

Her staff is really good but she is not. She thinks everyone is after narcotics and doesn't listen patients concerns or problems

I have been to a few other doctors besides Dr. Graesser and she was the only one who told me that a clear mri meant I without a doubt didn't have ms. The other two that I have seen both said no one test is completely definitive of the disease. Needless to say I am going to a new ns neurologist who seems much more caring. I was unable to work for a few days due to my condition and she couldn't even write me a note for work due to the numbness in my legs and dizziness I had.

I had a massive concussion and was referred to Dr. Graesser by to Doctor. I found her to have a great bedside manner and to be engaging and very caring. She even offered help with my insurance company even though she knows my settlement from my accident will pay her anyways. She is one of the most friendly doctors I have had the pleasure of being treated by.

My son was not only terribly misdiagnosed by Graesser, but the medication she put him on gave him the worst seizures of his life. When we told her this, she just said he had to stay on the medication. She was irritated that we asked about this adverse reaction.There was little wait time and little time spent with Graesser. She misdiagnosed him in a couple of minutes. The next neurologist we went to spent 70 minutes with my son and called on his colleague to confirm medication and dosage.
