Dr. Kristen Shane Ingram, MD

Always available in the phone and relatively quick appointments

I have been seeing Dr Ingram for few years now. He is very attentive and listens well to his patients. I disagree with the other reviews about his staff and particularly about Glenda's rudeness. She has always been very nice to me and always gets back with refill requests and any questions. If for some reason she can't or will be a few days she always been upfront in telling me this. They are a very busy practice so obviously they are doing something right!

Dr. Ingram has been great. He listens, he explains things in a way I understand them. I would agree with some other comments in that his staff needs work. I don't think he gets much choice in the matter working for a big hospital corporation.

Dr. Ingram is a good doctor but I would never refer him due to taking approxamently a month to be seen and Glenda is one of the rudest people I have met in the medical field. I beleive she is there for a job only. I am presently looking for a new family doctor due to these reasons.

I have followed Dr. Ingram from his time in Henryville to his new practice in Pekin. He listens and allows me to have input into decisions that are made. I may not always want to hear what he tells me, but I know he cares and is trying to improve my health. The office in Pekin seems understaffed compared to Henryville, yet I haven't had any problems getting an appointment. Overall, he is the best doctor I have ever had.

I am a new patient of Dr. Ingrams, he listened very attentatively, addressed all my concerns, got an appointment the next day, was taken into an exam room upon arrival...no wait. I was very impressed with him & his staff & will continue with Dr. Ingram as my primary Care Provider.

wait was not bad pretty easy to get appointment but nurse Glenda was rude and did not follow up with me and left message about follow up care that went unanswered and it has been two days and still no call back I was very disappointed that my health and issues was not very important to her or Dr Ingrim.

Contrary to your web site, Dr. Ingram is male, not female. Most impressive is that he listens to what you say and addresses your questions. I appreciate the respect he shows even when he strenuously disagrees with my ideas. Too many doctors and NPs dismiss any questions as a challenge to their authority and not worth addressing.
