I have seen dr kratzert for years and she has always been very knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy.

Annmarie Dixe, RN is rude and disrespectful of the patient. Awful experience with her! Dr. Krazert hard to get in to see, works very part-time and seems to be burned out when you can get in.

I have been going to Dr. Kratzert for years. She is very caring. I have never had a problem with her or her staff.

I have been going to Dr. Kratzert for many years. I have found her to be very good at listening and advising. Occasionally the time she spends with me is shorter than I would like, but I find that is true of many physicians. If I have a problem, she has always been attentive. The office staff and nurses have been pleasant. If I need a prescription refilled, the response time has been very good. I have been pleased with Dr. Kratzert and staff for many years.

Worst experience ever. Never go here. Rude staff, long waits, doctors and NPs are incredibly rude. I'm amazed this office is still in business.
