I was recently in the ER for heavy uterine bleeding and my regular OB was on vacation. I asked to see the OB on call (Dr. Lawrence) and she refused to see me. The cause of my bleeding was never stopped or addressed by the ER staff. My hemoglobin was so low I ended up with a blood transfusion...which is basically a band-aid fix to the problem since they never identified or stopped the source of the bleeding. Finally found an OB to see me in his office the next day and he immediately identified and stopped my bleeding. If Dr. Lawrence would have agreed to see me rather than leaving it up to a nurse practitioner, my prolapsed fibroid could have been identified and removed thus stopping hte bleeding and eliminating the need for the transfusion. I am still in shock at the way I was treated and her genuine lack of concern for my well being. I'm telling everyone I know to not go to her or Mercy.

Personally, I referr everyone I know to her. She's amazing, NOT here to be your bestfriend in which I'd rather someone get to the bottom of the problem. I have another best friend for all that. I trust Dr. Lawrence with my life. She's done my repeat C-Section(in which looks as if I only have 1 scar) tied my tubes; and did my Hysterectomy. All without any INFECTION or problems. She makes Miracles happen.. =) Thank you Dr. Lawrence, your a true BLESSING!!!

Well, I have to admit I read her reviews on a couple of different websites and I thought that I would still give her a chance. I went and saw her recently and she couldn't even properly diagnose me or tell me what the problem was. She told me that PCOS and not having my period for over six months was important, only my prolonged period is important. That threw me off guard and upset me. I think it is extremely important especially because I am young and I would like to know what my odds are of getting pregnant. She is very matter of fact and I don't think she tries to come off the way she does, but she kind of makes you feel like you're just another person and she wants you in and out fast. Not satisfied at all. Plus, I just wasted a ton of money seeing her and getting no answer. (I don't have insurance.)

This doctor is wonderfully skillful.

She is fast, your in and out. I have had her for two pregnancies, both had no issues, but when you do have a question she tells you it's normal and that's that. which for me it was! But sometimes you just want to know why. In the delivery room she is a totally different doctor, she will spend the time and help you. For me she was a great fit

This Dr tried to do a D&C on me based on 1 ultrasound. She never did any exam she had a 2 minute conversation with me, and made the conclusion I miscarried and would need a D&C a week later because they couldnt find a good heartbeat on my baby so ASSUMED the baby had died. I got a second opinion that week and they found my baby was alive and perfectly healthy after heartbeat monitoring ultrasound and exam by a different Dr (Dr Lourice David). My baby is a year, healthy, walking, etc. so don't go to this **** or anyone in her practice that supports such a coldhearted monster of a doctor.
