Very caring and returns messages and addresses concerns promptly. No excessively long wait for an appointment. Waited less than ten minutes after my arrival for my appointment. I used echeckin to speed up the process. Love Dr. Mac and both locations.

She is by far the best Dr. I have ever Ben to. If it wasn't for her, I may be dead due to a BAD appendix . After she diagnosed it, I spent 8 days in GHS!

The nursing staff attached with this doctor are very disorganized. I had a 2 hour appt because they didn't ensure I was seen in order of my appt time. It was like my chart got sent to the bottom of the pile and everyone else was seen in front of me. When I mentioned frustration about it, the Dr just blew it off as if it was okay to run an office 1+hours behind. There are other Drs in this practice who run on time, so avoid this one as she and her staff don't respect your time. Additionally, it should be known every time I see her she's always bringing up the worst case scenarios and making it sound highly probable. The last visit she brought up a possible issue and after researching at home I found that a) it can't be predicted and b) only occurs in 1% of all births. 1% ... not even worth discussing, especially when there's no prevention.Avoid this doctor if you don't want to pull your hair out.

She is truly a blessing! I met her the night she delivered my son. I haven't seen another OB doc since, that was 4 1/2 years ago. Since then she has walked me through thyroid disease, infertility, and now cervical cancer. She is a caring person that is real with you and gives honest answers. If you are looking for a great OB she and the staff as well as the other doctors here are phenomenal!
