Dr. Kristen Ashley Mcginness

I had a post surgery follow up appointment with Dr. McGinness on Tuesday. When I went to my appointment Dr. McGinness refused to treat me or acknowledge any of my issues with the surgery she completed. This was because I had a different surgery at another office. She ignored me, took her gloves off and literally walked out of the room. I was told I couldn’t be seen there because I recently had surgery somewhere else. I understand that but the attitude Dr. McGinness had was uncalled for. She acted like a child. The bottom line is Dr. McGinness is rude, uncaring, and extremely unprofessional. She messed up my foot and will not take responsibility for her actions. She shortened my toe too much and now it’s floating/elevated above the others. My bunion wound reopened and stayed open for 2 months because of her negligence. She had me walking too early (2nd 1/2 week) and that caused the wound to reopen and it took months to heal. I was literally in physical therapy with an opened wound.
