Dr O’Brien and her staff are wonderful. She does not rush your appt time with her . Office staff is friendly and courteous. We have never had to wait more than 10 mins . She is worth waiting for . We are so happy to have found her

The office staff is pretty bad. Since Dr O'Brien has been in Islandia her staff has changed numerous times. Dr. O'Brien does not return phone calls so if you're waiting for her to call you back, forget it! Find another Doctor

This is exactly the type of doctor every patient looks for. Professional, knowledgeable, personable and really pays attention to detail. Dr. O'Brien sets the bar high, for other professionals in the field of medicine.

Dr. O'Brien always pays attention to all my concerns, involves me in treatment planning and follows up on all issues, even if seemingly minor. It is refreshing to visit a physician who knows what the word "care" means.

Dr. O'Brien is great, she spends the time with you that is necessary. If you're in for a sinus infection/cold/basic things of course your time spent will be a quick one but if anything serious/potentially serious is going on she really takes the time to listen and diagnose. I couldn't be happier with the care I've received over the years with her. She will sit and listen to the silliest symptoms and put my mind at ease but then also will be very serious in the time of need and for that I am grateful!I know there's a long wait time as a new patient (or so I've heard..) but it's honestly worth it. If you're looking to just get under a new primary for a physical and check ups it's worth waiting a few months, you will not be disappointed!

Usually go to this office but see nurse practitioners who are amazing. I got stuck having to meet one of the rudest doctors with the worst bedside manner I have EVER experienced in my life; so much that I took time out of my busy schedule to write this review, which I never do. Look for another doctor, don't waste your time being treated like you're worthless.
