Unethical, unprofessional, extremely rude staff. I will be spending my entire day, letting the entire world know that 3 days before my scheduled appointment, my doctor discharged me as a patient… how unprofessional.

After 8 years my doctor discharged me as a patient, 3 days before my scheduled appointment… how does someone find a new doctor to write their prescription in 3 days?? According to the extremely rude woman who work at the front desk, it is due to missing my last appointment (I had COVID and did an over the phone call instead of going into the office) how unprofessional…. Unethical and I feel like this should be illegal.

I’ve been seeing her for 5 years now and I’ve always had great experiences. Dr. Panozzo is smart, kind, funny, and understanding. She has never once body shamed me for being overweight—that makes her the only doctor I’ve ever seen in my life who hasn’t body shamed me. I appreciate her so much. It’s hard to find great doctors like Dr. Panozzo and I am lucky to have found her.

my husband and I are patients. We are both experiencing some concerns- about the short time span in which she spends with us. 5 min. when we try to explain about complications re meds, or our health issues she seems overwhelmed and short. No warmth and now we are concerned she really does not care. She also does not even touch us? very distant behavior. never experienced this before.

I needed my thumb sewn up the other day because i was a being stupid around some sheet-metal. Dr. P fit me in at the drop of a hat and got me sewn up in a few minutes with no pain and a smile on her face. I've been looking for a new doc for my kid since my dumb ex quit taking her in so, bingo, I set up a visit for her the next day. My kid likes her too and doesn't want to visit her old "grumpy" doctor any more. Keep up the good work doc - we like your style!

Dr. Panozzo is the first Dr. that I have seen who listens to my physical problems as well as understands emotional stress. She is direct with her diagnosis and clear with directions. I am elderly and she is respectful . Her relaxed mode makes it easier to confide in her. I highly recommend this Dr.

Dr Panozzo really goes above and beyond---she makes you feel like your part of her family. She is down to earth, practical and really listens to your concerns.

Based on my wife's recommendation after her annual "woman's well check" I went to see Dr. Panozzo for some help with a nagging problem. She provided a simple plan to treat me that was easy to follow and understand. She followed up with me the next day to review me results!!!! To top things off she has some great staff working for her (Carol) and the doc is a very kind lady to boot. I will be bringing my kids (1 & 6) to see her soon. I'm sure they will love her too. Keep up the good work Doc!!!

Dr. Panozzo is one of the rare Doctors who treat each child as if he or she was her own child.. At the same time she relates well to adults. She listens to your concerns. Dr.Panozzo is a professional with that personal touch.
