Dr. Kristen Lane Ramirez, DDS

I went to Dr. Ramirez for dentures, she charged me about 6,500 telling me I would have temporary dentures the same day and permanent dentures in 6 months, the temporary dentures never fit so I can’t eat with them, I went back once a month for adjustments and they never fixed them correctly as a result I can’t wear them when I eat because of pain, if I cough they fly out of my mouth and when I’m talking they just fall down after a while with no warning. I thought my nightmare might be over when they said my permanent dentures were in, but those didn’t fit right either, I explained to her calmly that I really need the permanents to fit, no yelling or cussing, she said she understood and left the room, a few minutes later a woman walked in and told me I was a bully and they were transferring me 11/2 hours away, I asked for my money back ( as advertised ) and they said they would contact me, that was two weeks ago! After looking at my bill I noticed she fraudulently charged me $1,244… dollars for work she never did, which is probably why my teeth never fit and the reason they are trying to get rid of me
