I truly appreciate Dr Robillard. She listens and addresses every concern, and looks out for possible problems. She is a great professional, and is friendly and compassionate on top of that.

Dr. Robillard and her team at Lakeshore Primary Care are compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. Their offices are cheery, clean and efficiently run. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for an appointment. I love that they use the latest and greatest technology, which allows them to listen to my concerns while building an accurate and comprehensive medical history for any other physicians I need to see. I am very well cared for and regularly recommend her to my family and friends.

I couldn't be happier with the level of service i receive every time I go to see her. I am always treated with compassion and respect.

Dr. Robillard would be a great doc if she did not employ pretty much all friends and family... It also would be nice if her nursing staff actually learned to listen to patients, and not jump to conclusions.. She has a huge practice, group...yet, has many patients and docs wishing to leave if she does not change things.. It is a very sad state of affairs.. Oh would be nice if she actually acknowledged her neighbor' s once in a while. Just because she has MD beside her name, does not make her a god!

Dr. Robillard started off well with my teenage daughter, appearing to care about her and showing her respect during physical examination. During the follow-up visit, my daughter came out of her office distressed, ashamed, and crying uncontrollably. Dr. Robillard made many presumptions about my daughter imposing her (Doctor's) religious belief onto her. Dr. Robillard refused to share any medical information with me although my daughter has stated that I have the permission to know everything. Dr. Robillard also unnecessarily administered a shot that (upon some research) my daughter did not need but made my daughter falsely believe that this shot was going to cure her ailment. Dr. Robillard walked out of the office while my daughter was asking her questions...very strange.I should have listened to my MIL. She had Dr. Robillard for years when she told me that Dr. Robillard does not listen to her and that Robillard kept giving MIL unnecessary medications that caused her more problems.… I thought MIL was just being herself, complaining about everyone.

Wonderful, caring doctor who does not force things on you. She explains all available tests and procedures but respects your wishes as to the type of medical care you want. Takes time to answer all questions and concerns.
