Kristen Alexandria Roff

My experience with the nurse practitioner, Kristen Roff, deeply concerned me. The annual checkup itself lasted a few minutes, yet the billing was surprisingly high. She spent a few minutes, then charged over $300. My most significant issue arose when Ms. Roff claimed to have identified precancerous cells on my body through a visual inspection alone. She did not conduct or offer to conduct a biopsy. I was then told she could treat it in the office immediately. Seeking a second opinion, I consulted a doctor at another office who found no evidence of cancer or precancerous cells whatsoever. This discrepancy in diagnosis was alarming and raised serious questions about the nurse practitioner's assessment. Due to this experience, particularly the unsubstantiated "diagnosis", I cannot recommend Kristen Roff or anyone who would employ her and do not plan to return to this office. This experience highlights the dishonesty and lack of professionalism within the healthcare industry.
