Dr. Roy and her team are amazing. I’ve been a patient for 10 years and I will never go anywhere else. Her and her staff are always been kind and professional. She genuinely cares about each of her patients and will always take time to address any questions/concerns. I would highly recommend her!

I've been going to dr Roy for several years. I was sent to her for some abnormalities that my previous dr was having trouble diagnosing. She's been nothing short of incredible! She always makes me feel like I'm the only patient in the office. She answers my questions fully and always explains things so that I understand. She's courteous and so incredibly friendly! The ladies who work in the office all follow suit as well. I honestly wish I could be friends with all of them. I get sad when I know there's a long gap between appointments and I won't see her for a while. I look forward to going to my appointments and couldn't ask for a better doctor. This type of medicine is so personal and can be very uncomfortable. Never once have I felt embarrassed, shy, or uncomfortable with dr Roy. I always recommend her, and I am so incredibly happy to have found her!

I have been seeing Dr. Roy for over 10 years and have found in the past 2 years they multiple books, she appears to care but I now question the sincerity because of wait time and the logic of booking 3 exams for the same time. No response from her when I call and office staff is very disconcerned of anything. Have been requesting my file for 6 weeks to find another doctor and they had no problem hitting my credit card to copy the file but still have not recieved it. And she didn't care enought to return my calls to find out why I was looking for a new doctor. It appears to be all about the money at this point and how many appointments can be booked and billed in exchange for patient care. Have a hard time talking when I know everyone else waiting outside is also on their lunch hour and getting antsy. Think she used to be a wonderful doctor but has put that on the wayside lately. Still waiting for my file..........

Wonderful and caring doctor. Sets you at ease. Such a nice woman. Spends the time needed with you and makes you feel comfortable in every situation

I have been seeing Dr. Kristen Roy now for 6 years and she is excellent. As a young female I really honestly connected with her and can feel comfortable since she really takes the time to get to know you and really cares. I had a few problems with the nurse staff at her office in Rochester Hills but now that she has moved to a new office in Auburn Hills things have been getting better. They truly care about their patients needs and make sure they leave well satisfied by answered all possible questions. She has also honored my wishes of how to be treated since I am dealing with HPV and need many painful biopsies and LEEP procedures that she goes to the hospital so I can be put asleep while the procedures are happening due to my extreme panic attacks when it comes to doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Roy to any female and especially young women who are afraid of being judged due to their current situation.
