Dr. Kristen Ann Scullin Hartman, MD

Dr. Scullin is awesome some of her staff members can be quite rude. I had a condition listed on My Mercy that I was never told about. I called her nurse & she told me very rudely she could not help me that I had to call My Mercy myself. My Mercy actually apologized for her rude behavior but told me only my doctors office can help me with this problem. I left a message two days ago & still have not heard from her. Very disappointed, unfortunately it is costing them a patient. The doctors need to check on their staff & get feedback from patients or it will keep happening.

Have been going to Dr. Scullin going on 7 years now. Great Doctor.

I have selected another doctor because when I am sick and need to see Dr. Scullin, I get the same response always.....they cannot schedule me for that day or even the next. I have to wait several days to get in. Today (Friday), I called and the said the earliest is next Wednesday. They would not schedule me to see a nurse practitioner. What good is a doctor if they are not available when you are sick?

Dr. Scullin is the best doctor I've ever had. She's very thorough, so if I have a health problem, I'm guaranteed she'll find it and resolve it. My only non-5 stars are promptness - she's usually running a bit behind while I'm in a room waiting, but that's because she spends necessary time with each patient; and her staff in the front is not often courteous. I would recommend Dr. Scullin to anyone.

Dr. scullin gives you ample oppertunity to discuss your concerns and does the necessary treatment or test to confirm the reasons for the problems you experience. She takes my health concerns seriously. Very good doctor!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Scullin now for about 18 years and she has consistently listened carefully when I have an issue. This is an unusual quality in physicians, in my opinion and I hold her in high regard for this and other reasons. She is a superb diagnostician and seems to strike a solid balance between over reacting with a plethora of diagnostic studies and thoroughly investigating issues as they arise. I consider her a professional and skill practitioner and recommend her.

Dr. Scullin always makes me feel very comfortable, even when addressing sensitive issues. She effectively communicates without belittling or offending (ie: when she tells me I need to drop a few pounds). She takes the time to listen to me and answer my questions. I sometimes wait a while for her to come to the examining room, but I figure she is spending the same quality time with another patient that I will receive, so I really don't mind.

Dr Scullin was willing to see me on an "urgent care" basis in place of my doctor, who was already booked for the day. She is very caring, thorough (even with the computer system down at the time), and took care of all the details necessary for my care in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Dr Scullin if she is open for new patients.

Dr. Scullin has been my doctor for over 10 years. She is a caring physician. She has a busy schedule but has working with me on treating some difficult issues.
