Dr. Kristen M. Ufferman, MD

Dr. Ufferman has been my family doctor for about 15 years. My family of six are also patients of hers. I can't say enough about, what a wonderful doctor she is. She has helped us through common ailments such as, the common cold and flu, too a scary time of being diagnosed with breast cancer. We are very lucky to have her and her team through it all.

Kristen is good when things are going well but when actual treatment and judgment is required she really disappointed me and left me to feel completely abandoned. Now that my sinus infection has been diagnosed and treated my blood pressure has resolved and I don’t need the horrible bp meds she was trying to force on me. I sincerely felt she simply no longer wanted to treat me and that was her out.

Great doctor and staff. Listens to all concerns and you never feel rushed or that you are taking up too much of her time.

Spends extra time during visits. Staff is very professional. Can get in nearly immediately. Dr U is careful to get all details and discuss issues completey. All my Copley Drs keep Dr U updated.
